For clients in the UK and Europe, the booking system is managed by GenderGP. GenderGP is responsible for the processing of personal data collected during the booking process. Please refer to GenderGP's privacy policy for more information on how your data is managed during booking.

• Session notes and related clinical documentation are securely stored for a minimum of 5 years after your last consultation, or longer if required by applicable professional and legal standards.

• Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless legally required to do so. Any external platforms used for booking or communication are fully compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
